The role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various technical positions, consulting with clients on hiring strategies, and building a solid candidate pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Source and interview candidates for technical roles.

Consult with clients on hiring strategies.

Stay updated with industry trends and network to attract top talent.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in HR, marketing, or related field.

3+ years of IT/Tech recruitment experience.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Strato Solutions is looking for a ๐’๐ž๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐…๐ข๐ง๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐€๐œ๐œ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ ๐„๐ฑ๐ž๐œ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and support year-end closing and tax filing. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in accounting records, assist in budgeting, and ensure compliance with financial policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee daily transactions, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and assist with budgeting.

Monitor cash flow and ensure proper payment documentation.

Coordinate year-end closing and liaise with auditors.

Prepare tax returns and stay updated on tax laws.

Ensure compliance with financial policies and generate reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.

5+ years of experience in accounting/finance.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Proficient in accounting software and Excel.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
